On the evening of July 13, 2019, Kangmei Electronics Co., Ltd. held the launching ceremony of the first phase of the “One helps One, Old helps New, Skills Contest” with the theme of "Mentors and apprentices pairing up to make progress and Cultivating Talents for Development".
The purpose of the activity is to enhance the technical strength of new employees, and to make full use of the technical advantages of "masters", so that old employees can truly play the role of spreading, helping and leading, and helping new employees to integrate into work better and faster to meet the job requirements.
The main content of the launching ceremony was first to read out the process and rules of the activity, and the second was to make further discussions for the employees' future development in the company.
At the meeting, Kangmei’s deputy general managers Wang Binwu and Lu Qinglin delivered speeches respectively, hoping that the “mentors and apprentices” participating in the competition will do a good job in this “One helps One” activity, cultivating more outstanding employees and contribute to the company’s future technological transformation and cooperation. Workshop supervisors also took the floor to speak, saying that they would work hard to lead the team, strive to be the first and set an example for the employees. Subsequently, the human resources manager read out the detailed rules of the event for all the participating employees, and explained that this event would select a group of winners, which will be reflected in the comprehensive reward method of cash and travel.
There are a total of 16 "teacher and apprentice" teams participating in the activity. Masters have already geared up and are eager to try , the apprentices are also very passionate and look forward to the official start of this event.
The assessment results of the first phase of the event will be unveiled on August 15th, and we will continue to pay attention to the dynamics of this event.
